I guess it just suggests that this is just what happiness is....

Is it possible to live in a lifetime where nothing comes out the way you wanted it....but it seems to have worked out even better than you could have imagined?

2009 has been wonderful. It started out spectacular with some of the best people I know [mi familia, angie, tanzie, leni]. I finally got to start at AU...the anticipated beginning to a new chapter in my life. From frat parties to clubs to girls' nights [♥ c³jk ♥] to randomly meeting celebrities. Obama's inauguration should be a highlight...but I was still passed out from the night before trying to chill with Akon to give a damn. HAHAHA [oh angie, jez...memories]. My ongoing obsession for men in the military seems to have increased and I blame my wonderful friend for that [<3>

And the summer days...I think there is only one thing to say: Drake, I love you. And only fate got me and angie into VIP....and I think the story should remain there of that wonderful night. Haha. There's the beach and the transformation....there just seemed to be no point in hook ups or spending money to be hit on by guys that were just not cutting it. Forget Spring Awakening -- although, it was a GREAT show -- it was my awakening :)

Wine is in, Vodka is out!

And then I was blessed with the greatest roommate [yes, she's better than yours] and figuring who my real friends are. It was all so beautiful. Doors opened for the greatest people to walk into my life, and I never want them to leave. I was honored with wonderful opportunities and can only smile about the positive -- since I can't really remember anything negative. But for what it's worth...what I do remember, I can be happy to have learned from my past and use it to create a better future.
