Dream is destiny.
As I look out my little window to the world -- I may not understand it; I may not necessarily agree with it, but I accept it; and I sort of glide along. The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving…it saves on introductions and goodbyes. By just going with the flow, we can save ourselves from pain or at least the wrong reactions.
Thoughts affect the body. Thinking positive is not really thinking positive -- it's just a disguise over the mass of negative thinking. It's like another way to escape that emotion everyone dreads of anything negative, whether it be pain or sorrow and for the odd people, joy. Deep inside, we may be trembling with fear and doubt; but as far as the eye can see, you're just a happy butterfly looking for the next thing to make you smile even more.
An addiction: Something you can't stop -- if you can't control your emotional state, you must be addicted to it.
How can anyone say they're really in love with a specific person? They're only in love with the anticipation of the emotion they're addicted to. In order to get that same emotional rush, a person will constantly be finding ways to feed their emotional addiction. When the "fire" and desire in a relationship burn out, both parties will often turn to someone or something to fill that void in attempt to regain the emotions they once felt.
On the way to discovering what we love, we will find everything we hate; everything that blocks our path to what we desire.
"Is there something more?" "Why am I here?" "What is my purpose for life?" "Where am I going?" "What happens when I die?" In reality, they're old concepts of how life works begins to fall apart.
Perhaps, in my life, that's where my faith comes in. I know that there's a God and I would rather put my trust in him than attempt to solve these puzzles. Everything happens in perfect timing -- although it may not seem so perfect to us. I just go with the flow and pray that it's the will of God.
Are all realities in quantum happening simultaneously? And if not, who's selecting the universe for the moments that are "really happening" in our lives? Deterministic theories imply that the fate of universe was determined at creation and free will is an illusion.
If the world that we are forced to accept is false and nothing is true, then everything is possible.
Words are inert. They’re just symbols -- they’re dead. And so much of our experience is intangible. So much of what we perceive cannot be expressed -- it’s unspeakable. So the trick is to not only say, but do. Put actions into words. Even with this blog, I can say how I feel and hope that you understand the battles going on in my heart and mind, but when it comes down to it...you really just don't know.
