LOL! Prom is the most overrated thing I've ever come across lol. People are like, you didn't go to your senior prom!?!? Like I killed someone or something!
Swag in the way it's used is overrated. However, I do think it's a useful way of explaining a person's overall demeanor and such in an informal matter. Otherwise, I agree. Swag on = Swag off. LOL!
